The English version of these Terms is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Pro Clubs Hub ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website proclubshub.com, the Pro Clubs Hub mobile application, and any related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must not be currently banned from the Platform or from EA FC Pro Clubs itself, and you must not be subject to sanctions that would make your use unlawful. Each person is permitted one account at a time; creating multiple accounts or sharing an account is prohibited.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering, keeping your login credentials confidential, and for every activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proclubshub.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse registration, require identity verification, or reset credentials where we reasonably suspect a security or policy violation.
The Platform helps EA FC Pro Clubs players and clubs find each other — through searchable profiles, listings ("looking for a team" / "looking for a player"), direct messaging, a community content feed, and automatic import of publicly available statistics from Electronic Arts' public Pro Clubs API. We do not guarantee that any match, transfer, or interaction will take place, or that other users' content is accurate.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
"User Content" means anything you upload, post, or transmit through the Platform — profile details, listings, feed posts, messages, team information, and similar. You keep all intellectual property rights you already have in your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where retention is required to complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.
Listings may be reviewed by our moderators before they become publicly visible. We may reject, edit, remove, or re-classify any listing at our discretion. We do not verify the skill level, availability, or intentions of any user or team and are not a party to any agreement you reach with another user. Direct messages are private between sender and recipient, but messages that are reported, flagged by automated safety filters, or relevant to a safety or legal investigation may be reviewed by our moderation team. Do not share payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information through messages.
The feed lets you share links to YouTube and TikTok videos and publish short articles. You are solely responsible for the content you link to or write. By posting, you confirm you have permission to share the material. Third-party videos remain subject to the terms of the platform they are hosted on (YouTube, TikTok). We may remove or refuse to approve any feed post that violates these Terms.
Pro Clubs Hub is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. "EA," "EA FC," "FIFA," "Pro Clubs," and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used nominatively to describe the video game the Platform supports. Statistics are sourced from EA's publicly available Pro Clubs endpoints and are cached on a short rolling basis; they may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Where stats are entered by users directly, they are self-reported and not verified by us.
You can report abusive content or behaviour via the in-app report button or by emailing support@proclubshub.com. We operate a tiered enforcement model — warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban — depending on the severity and history of the violation. We may remove content, revoke features, reset profile information, or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations, or where required by law.
The Platform itself — including its code, design, branding, and aggregated, anonymised data — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, sell, or create derivative works of the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as intended.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of any data (including statistics from EA). Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Clubs Hub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Clubs Hub and its operators from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Platform, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we cease operating the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for substantive changes, by an in-app notice or email to the address linked to your account. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept, you should stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
