We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, username, gaming platform, country, and player statistics you choose to share. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and interactions within the platform.
We use your information to operate the platform, display your profile to other users, enable matchmaking between players and teams, send transactional emails (e.g. email verification), and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal data. Profile information you make public (username, stats, listings) is visible to other users. We share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the platform (e.g. Firebase for authentication).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account, which permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@proclubshub.com or delete your account directly from the app.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and Firebase Authentication to protect your data.
